Escrow Deposits - Commercial Properties
Janovetz Realty Advisors will not accept, hold, or confirm receipt of commercial property escrow deposits of any kind, for any purpose whatsoever. All escrow deposits required as per a commercial property purchase and sale agreement (contract) should be specifically directed to the buyer's counsel, a title company approved by both the buyer and seller, or an intermediary, approved by buyer and/or seller. Our company policy strictly prohibits us from holding buyer or seller funds on any property where we do not have an active NC listing.
Agency
Our company policy is to be a buyer's agent in most transactions and we will only act as a seller's agent with a signed agency/listing/fee agreement for properties within North Carolina only. We strongly suggest that you read the Agency Disclosure on this web site prior to any discussions with us regarding your financial situation or any particular property.
