The information contained in the Download Page is proprietary and strictly confidential. It is intended to be reviewed only by the party receiving the password. The information on the Download Page has been prepared to provide summary, unverified information to prospective purchasers, and only to establish a preliminary level of interest in the properties. This information is not a substitute for a complete due diligence inspection by the buyer. It is expected that prospective purchasers will conduct their own independent due diligence concerning the property including engineering and environmental inspections as they deem necessary to determine the condition of the property and the existence or absence of any potentially hazardous materials used in the construction or maintenance of the building or located at the site. I understand that JRA has not verified any of the information and makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding any offering or the materials provided on the Download Page, including the accuracy or completeness of the information and the suitability of the property for the buyer's intended use. I understand that properties may be withdrawn at any time, re-priced, or terms changed, without notice.
Without the specific written consent of JRA, I agree not to disclose or otherwise reveal to any third party any information provided to me by JRA either orally or as a result of my viewing the property files on the Download Page, particularly that concerning any and all property details, the names and contact information of sellers, buyers, agents, lenders, borrowers, addresses, telex, telephone, email, fax numbers or any other means of access thereto, unless required by a court of law. This agreement shall not apply to any information that is publicly available.
I agree not to give the Download Page password to anyone without the express permission of JRA.
